Here are some examples of the half-diminished chord--the chord that students hate.If you are going to play jazz you absolutely need to know how to play this chord. It is a minor seventh chord with the 5th flatted. For example, Cm7b5=C, Eb, Gb, and Bb.In case you have forgotten the descending minor voicings (Fm, Fm+7, etc.), I have put them here.
